Return policy
If you receive a defective item returns will be accepted. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving item and you may return the merchandise within 30days. Buyer pays return shipping and ships the item in original packaging and the same method as it was shipped to you. Items will be repaired or replaced: a refund will not be issued unless it is not repairable and no replacement is available. Upon inspection, if we deem the product to be in proper working condition or damaged intentionally, then a 20% restocking fee will be applied and no shipping charges will be refunded. All serial numbers are recorded before an item ships. If item is repaired or replaced you will be not pay any additional shipping charge.

Cnsupply sells its products with the intent that they are free of defects in manufacture and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase, except as noted below. Cnsupply warrants that its products will be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.
(Note)This warranty does not extend to the purchase of opened, used, repaired, repackaged and/or resealed products, including but not limited to sale of such products on Internet auction sites and/or sales of such products by surplus or bulk resellers. Any and all warranties or guarantees shall immediately cease and terminate as to any products or parts thereof which are repaired, replaced, altered, or modified, without the prior express and written consent of Cnsupply.
